No. There is no proctored exam for Florida Food Handler Training. The course includes section quizzes throughout and a final assessment at the end. You need a 70% or better on the final assessment to earn your certificate. The final assessment has limited retakes, but most learners pass on their first attempt – the course material prepares you thoroughly.
