Is this training required in my state?
This training is accepted and valuable in all 50 states. Some states have specific sexual harassment prevention training requirements with their own duration or content specifications. If you’re in one of those states, visit our State Requirements page to confirm what your state requires. If your state does not have a specific mandate, this training still protects your business from liability, meets employer best-practice standards, and demonstrates your commitment to a safe workplace.
Is this training for employees only, or managers too?
Both. The course covers content relevant to all employees as well as additional responsibilities for managers and supervisors, including prevention obligations and how to handle reports.

What happens after I purchase the course?
You’ll get immediate access. After completing your registration and payment, you can log in and start the course right away. You’ll also receive an email confirmation with your account details and a link to access your training.
Can I pause the course and come back later?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically. You can close your browser and pick up exactly where you left off. You have 90 days from the date of purchase to complete the course.
Can I take the course on my phone?
Yes. The course is fully accessible on phones, tablets, and computers. No app download is required – just log in from any browser.
Are the quizzes difficult? What if I don’t pass?
The quizzes throughout the course are designed to reinforce what you’ve learned – they are not proctored exams. All section quizzes have unlimited retakes, so you can retry as many times as needed. The final assessment requires a passing score of 70% and has unlimited retakes, but most learners pass on their first attempt. The course material prepares you thoroughly – these are knowledge checks, not high-stakes exams.
How do I download my certificate?
Once you complete the course and final assessment, your certificate will be available for download directly from your account dashboard. You can access and reprint your certificate at any time. Note: This does not apply to Food Manager Training – that certificate is issued by ServSafe after passing the proctored exam.
